As a women’s strength and wellness coach, I help women feel stronger in their bodies, nourish with grace and live with purpose. For many years I supported women through eating disorder recovery and enhanced my training through a variety of organizations: ACE-Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach, Size Inclusive Fitness Trainer, Girls Gone Strong Certified and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
