My Embraced Life - a different way to think about strength.

About Kelley

Strength Isn’t Just Physical

For many years, I believed strength meant pushing harder.

Doing more.
Trying to stay disciplined enough to keep everything together.

But over time — especially after knee replacement surgery and a demanding season of life — my understanding of health and strength began to change.

I started to see that true strength isn’t built through constant striving.

It grows through patience, rebuilding, and learning to care for the body God entrusted to us.

That shift in perspective led to the rebranding and relaunch of My Embraced Life.

A Different Approach to Health

My approach to wellness is weight-neutral and size-inclusive.

Health is not defined by a number on the scale or by trying to shrink your body.

Instead, I focus on helping women build strength, nourish themselves well, and develop sustainable habits that support their energy, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

This work is rooted in gentleness, compassion, and curiosity rather than pressure or shame.

My goal is to create a safe space where women can reconnect with their bodies and begin caring for themselves in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

My Heart For This Work

I believe caring for our bodies is one way we steward the life God has given us.

Not through perfection.
Not through pressure.

But through steady habits, grace for the process, and gratitude for the bodies we live in.

My hope is that My Embraced Life becomes a place where women feel supported as they build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace the life they’ve been given.

If you're ready to approach health with more compassion and build habits that truly support your life, I’d love to invite you to join the My Embraced Life community.
