About Kelley

Strength Isn’t Just Physical

I’m Kelley — an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Size Inclusive Fitness Trainer and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor — and my calling is to help women heal their relationship with their bodies, food, and movement.

For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside women who feel disconnected from their bodies, weighed down by shame, or stuck in all‑or‑nothing cycles. I believe your body is not a problem to solve. It’s a place to come home to — with gentleness, curiosity, and grace.

My work is rooted in compassion, science, and faith. I create a safe, shame‑free space where you can reconnect with your body, rebuild trust, and experience strength training in a way that honors your story rather than punishes it.

Why I Do This Work

My own journey has shaped the way I coach. After a full knee replacement, I had to relearn what progress meant. I had to slow down, listen differently, and honor my body in ways I never had before. That season taught me that strength isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about partnering with your body, not fighting it.

That experience deepened my belief that women deserve movement that feels supportive, not stressful. Nourishment that feels freeing, not restrictive. And a coach who sees the whole person — not just the goals they’re trying to reach.

What I Offer

I help women:

  • Heal their relationship with food through gentle, intuitive nutrition

  • Build strength in a way that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable

  • Reconnect with their bodies without guilt or comparison

  • Develop habits rooted in grace, not perfectionism

  • Experience movement as a way to care for their body, not control it

Whether you’re starting strength training for the first time, returning after a long break, or rebuilding after injury or burnout, you belong here.

My Heart For You

I want you to feel safe in your body again. I want you to feel strong in ways that matter. I want you to experience health that is compassionate, faith‑anchored, and deeply human.

Your body is worthy of care — not because of how it looks, but because of the life it carries and the story it holds.

And I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
