Does your day lend to a high or low level stress? How are your sleep patterns? Are your relationships supporting the health goals you hope to obtain? Lastly, take a peek into your mind and thoughts…do they excite & motivate you for success or burden you?
Together, we will identify your desired lifestyle, your ideal day if you will, and we will strategize a success plan to achieve reduction in stress, improved sleep and a predictable routine. This process is the foundation of lasting change.

The second pillar of successfully navigating improved health is empowerment through nutrition knowledge and mindful eating skills. Unlock your inner expert as you work with your Registered Dietitian to understand how your body works and it is impacted by different conditions.
FYI, there are no strict calorie restriction diets here, but the aim is to help you choose the foods and eating patterns that are best for YOU!
Our food choices are made based on many influencing factors. Taste, texture, and temperature are few easy reasons to identify. However, we also eat out of boredom, “negative” emotions, due to stress or because the clock says it is time to eat. Mindful eating will guide you back to a place of eating when truly hungry, most of time. This will improve your overall health, increase metabolism and ignite your energy level!

Mindful Movement
It’s no secret that physical activity is a key ingredient to obtaining good health, improving your immune system, finding your best metabolism and preventing disease.
Unfortunately, our society has changed over the years in such a way that we have greatly reduced our baseline daily activity…so, let’s start there!
The approach to movement here is not “all or nothing”. As with your lifestyle and nutrition, we work together to identify your goals and abilities and we set realistic steps to reach long term success.
Your fitness can improve through 1:1 coaching or personal training or you can choose to join Kelley for a virtual AMPD Group Fitness Class. Formats include Strength, Resistance Bands, Kettlebells, HIIT, Power Flow and Kickboxing.
