Hi, I’m Kelley!

I’m a registered dietitian, personal trainer and coach who believes your body is not something to fix—but something to understand, care for, and live fully in.

My approach is rooted in compassion, science, and faith—creating a safe place for women to reconnect with their bodies without shame.

I’ve supported women healing from body shame and eating disorders for over 10 years and I am passionate about empowering women to live with strength, grace and purpose.

(Just in case you are interested, I hold certifications as an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach, Girls Gone Strong Certified, Size Inclusive Fitness Trainer and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.)
