I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach who believes your body is not something to fix—but something to understand, care for, and live fully in.

My approach is rooted in compassion, science, and faith—creating a safe place for women to reconnect with their bodies without shame. Together, we will take an integrative approach to your health journey through strength training, nutrition, and faith—so you can care for your body with intention and live fully in what you’ve been called to.

I’ve supported women healing from body shame and eating disorders for over 10 years and I am passionate about empowering women to live with strength, grace and purpose.
