Michelle May, MD
Michelle May, M.D., CSP, empowers audiences to take charge of their lives and end chronic dieting and overeating without deprivation and guilt. Her authenticity and passion for mindful eating stems from her own personal struggle with food and body image. Dr. May is the founder of the award-winning Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training. Michelle is the award-winning author of the Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat book series.
Naomi Aidoo was a Secondary School teacher for 7 years. Now, she can be found fulfilling her mission to equip faith-focused female leaders & entrepreneurs to live their lives to the full as a Business Coach and Writer. Naomi is a Trustee for Church Mission Society and lives in London, England with her husband James. They have their first baby on the way too! She aims to support participants by encouraging their faith and walk with God.
Constance is the Founder and CEO of FINDINGbalance, media-based resource for those seeking freedom from eating and body image issues. This ministry was born out of her own struggles with food as well as her mom’s. She is the author of Life Inside the Thin Cage: A Personal Look into the Hidden World of a Chronic Dieter.
Having personally struggled with binge eating and weight stigma, Kari’s professional career is driven by a personal passion. Kari has developed several treatment models and helped thousands of patients and their families for programs such as The Rader Institute, Remuda Ranch and Green Mountain at Fox Run. Kari holds a faculty position with the Eating Disorder Institute for Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and serves as the supervision chair for the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) committee.
Christie Dondero betwy
Having gone through recovery herself, Christie understands the depth of emotional, physical and spiritual support needed to recover and is passionate about spreading the message that freedom from disordered eating is possible. Christie currently serves as the Executive Director of Rock Recovery, a non-profit organization in Washington D.C. that aims to bridge gaps in resources for eating disorder treatment.
Travis has worked in field of eating disorders since 2003 in both clinical and marketing roles, beginning as a therapist with adults and adolescents in residential care. An excellent communicator and teacher, Travis is a regular consultant to FINDINGbalance and has spoken at schools such as Pepperdine University, Baylor, Washington University, and graduate schools and seminaries on the topic of eating disorders and body image. He is currently the Director of Business Development and Marketing for McCallum Place Eating Disorder Centers.
Angelica Gonzalez, LMHC is a psychotherapist in Miami Florida with over a decade of experience in mental health, and is a frequent presenter locally and nationally on themes of eating disorders, creativity in the therapeutic process, and healing from trauma. Angelica has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida where she teaches students group therapy.

Kelley Raetzch, your “Warrior Dietitian” who fights with you and for you to be free of food, body and weight obsessions. Kelley was called by God, through the simplicity of a postcard, to serve those working to overcome food and body image issues and to grow in their relationship with God. She has worked at the inpatient level at Remuda Ranch and Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient for Veritas Collaborative. She has been in the eating disorder field for over 10 years and is passionate about helping her patients know they are loved, accepted and more than a number.
