This is an 8-Week Mastermind to deepen your relationship with God and finally accomplish your health goals so that you can confidently and joyfully live out your Kingdom Calling.

**This mastermind is a two-month accountability system with a themed scripture study for each month. Big progress is made through small and consistent change over time.

**Sometimes we place too many goals in front of us at one time, get overwhelmed and accomplish nothing. Then we feel horrible about ourselves, like a failure, and jump right into the hamster wheel all over again. (anyone raising your hand with me?)

**With this accountability you will experience a weekly group call via Zoom or Facebook Live to receive encouragement and set up your actionable plan to dive deeper with God. Then, you will receive EXTRA support via Voxer or email to get accountability and coaching specific to YOUR plan. You will get PRIORITY response from me, meaning you come before others (but no weekends, that's family time. :) )

The added bonus…CHOOSE one specialty topic to focus on moving you away from food, body and weight obsession. You will receive a weekly training via video, simple yet powerpacked worksheets to identify your motivation for change, set a weekly goal and ready yourself for impactful change, and get even more support Monday-Friday via Voxer/FB messenger to help you mobilize you from frustrated and no action to accomplishing VICTORY!

Track 1:

Intuitive and mindful eating (begin to learn, strategize and implement principles to move out of the diet mentality and into a life free of food worry so you can focus on the things that really matter)

Track 2:

Body Image (take a careful look at your attitudes about body and weight, review your body story, take action to move from negative self-talk to God loving talk so you can freely embrace your body and use it for Kingdom work.

Track 3:

Movement (explore your attitudes and beliefs about exercise, review your past history with movement, cultivate a healthy relationship with training your body not only for physical fitness but for Faith Fitness so you can participate in life fully.

**BASICALLY you will be hearing from me almost daily to coach, guide and encourage you to make change, lasting change that will leave you feeling fulfilled, grateful, accomplished, hopeful and ready to live out your Kingdom Calling.
