Welcome!  I am so excited for what God has in store for you over the next six weeks.  Just take a moment and give thanks to Him for making the way for you to be here and connected to like minded women who want to be free from the burdens of dieting & the drive to be thin while making more space in your life for an intimate relationship with God.

Module 2

Build Momentum & Move Mountains

 

Week 2 is all about understanding the big WHY behind your desire to make change to you relationships with food, body and most importantly with God. Have you ever set on a path to do something new?  It often starts with "I want to do XYZ, so I will start Monday." You successfully start, but the change is not lasting.  This is often because the underlyiing motivation and importance was not uncovered, a plan to overcome obstacles not thought of and a plan of action not created or implemented. 

It can be different, watch and see!

Module 3

Nurture & Nourished

 

Have you ever found it difficult to sit back and take care of you?  You have probably heard it before, but nurturing your body, mind and spirit is such an important part of your health and well being.  This module is PACKED with information.  So, the workbooks are split into two:

Workbook 1 is the main content for nurturing & nourishing body, mind and spirit.

Workbook 2 is focused on nourishment for your body, focusing on dispelling nutrition myths and encouraging you to explore your relationship with food even further!

Module 4

Renew Your Mind

 

As a man thinks in his heart so is he. Proverbs 23:7

This verse shows you how the thoughts in your mind, lead to what's on your heart.  So, if you are tired of feeling negatively, not having hope and been down on yourself, take a look at your mindset.  This module is going to gently challenge you to adopt a heavenly mindset and put to rest the mindset that is of this world.  Are you ready for transformation?

Module 5

No Longer a Slave

 

We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. Romans 6:6

Dieting and the drive to be thin can be so consuming that you can almost certainly become a slave to it. The scale, your weight, your clothing size, the calories and the exercise become your master.

There is power in the name of Jesus. To break every chain.

Let's break the chains and be free from the bondage of dieting and the drive to be thin.

The world tells you to lose weight, fix your flaws, hide your curves and more...in the name of beauty. You are told your confidence must come from achievement, appearance, being a good mom, wife and by controlling your weight through diet and exercise.
