Week 2 is all about understanding the big WHY behind your desire to make change to you relationships with food, body and most importantly with God. Have you ever set on a path to do something new?  It often starts with "I want to do XYZ, so I will start Monday." You successfully start, but the change is not lasting.  This is often because the underlyiing motivation and importance was not uncovered, a plan to overcome obstacles not thought of and a plan of action not created or implemented. 

It can be different, watch and see!
