Tuesday’s January 28-April April 16
11 Weeks- Each session will have a support session from 6pm-7:15pm, hosted by Dr. Kari Anderson, who is the co-creator of the Am I Hungry?®️ Mindful Eating for Binge Eating Programs. Though our group will be in person, Dr. Anderson will join via the web!
Following the support session, Kelley Raetzsch, RD will provide the weekly educational component from 7:30-8:30pm

Weekly Email summaries to help keep you focused on our teaching points, encourage your participation and list goals/homework
At the conclusion of the program, you may continue with support groups
