Mindful Eating for Binge Eating Programs, she hopes to show you gentle kindness & a compassionate heart as you learn how to reconnect with your hunger & fullness, your thoughts and your emotions.

Program Details

  • Tuesday’s January 28-April April 16

  • 11 Weeks- Each session will have a support session from 6pm-7:15pm, hosted by Dr. Kari Anderson, who is the co-creator of the Am I Hungry?®️ Mindful Eating for Binge Eating Programs. Though our group will be in person, Dr. Anderson will join via the web!

  • Following the support session, Kelley Raetzsch, RD will provide the weekly educational component from 7:30-8:30pm

  • Your fee includes your a copy of the Am I Hungry?®️ Mindful Eating for Binge Eating Book and Awareness Journal

  • Weekly Email summaries to help keep you focused on our teaching points, encourage your participation and list goals/homework

  • At the conclusion of the program, you may continue with support groups
