Have you ever had something that you just new you were suppose to do, that you really felt called to do for the glory of God? BUT, things started to pop up and challenge you, get in your way, block you, which then made you DOUBT that you were on the right path?
Last year, I had a dream that I was driving a car, had no idea where I was headed, but I knew I needed to keep driving. Then, all of sudden, I was about to be driving against the traffic! That is an incredibly scary feeling, but relief was apparent almost as quickly as the fear came over me about driving the wrong way. There was a slight turn for me to continue on the path that was right for me.
This was such a profound dream for me and I have no doubt that God was speaking to me and reminding me of the path He has set me on, of the trials that may come my way and that he will never leave nor forsake me, and of His provision to continue the good work He has started in me.
At the end of 2016 I felt a strong push to boldly shift the way I approach my nutrition services. Simply put, it meant more of Him and less of me. So, I listened, worked hard, took a break from my practice and have been blessed to come back to Embrace Eating Recovery! Here, I provide non-diet nutrition counseling, eating recovery coaching and for those who desire it, a biblical foundation to strengthen & build their faith as they navigate improving their food, body and God relationships.
Has God given you a vision?
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
I encourage you, follow the dream that God has placed on your heart. Be prepared that roadblocks will jump in front of you when you least expect. Be strong and courageous, trusting that God has given you a way around, through or over the roadblock.
