Embrace Eating Disorder Recovery for Women

Your life is spent trying to look perfect, like you have it all together, to those around you.

However, nobody really understands what it is like to live a 24-hour day in your body. Inside you are tormented by intrusive negative thoughts telling you food is the enemy-it will make you fat, your body is your enemy-it betrays you.  It showers you accolades when you skip meals or lose weight yet buries you with intense guilt when you give in to hunger or gain even a pound.  It tells you to hate your body and to exercise more to get it perfect. It screams this is the only way and you are worthy of nothing more. It boxes you into doubt and fear that there is no hope, you are not good enough, not beautiful enough, not thin enough.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

You are Loved.

You are Accepted.

You are more than a number.

What if you could really be transformed by the renewing of you mind? As your Warrior Dietitian, I go to battle for your freedom from the bondage of an eating disorder.  Together we work to break the chains of despair, hopelessness, emptiness and discouragement through prayer, scripture reading, genuine conversation and by empowering you to receive and boldly walk in God's Love.  Oh yeah, we bust myths surrounding food, weight, metabolism and the source of your confidence.  We will re-establish a way of eating that gives back to you, that allows you to finally have a full meal with your husband, go out to a favorite restaurant with your best friend, sit down for dessert with your kids.  The best part?  You will enjoy it, no fear attached. If you are newly diagnosed with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder or other eating disorder this is the place to begin your healing journey. Come receive genuine care for you, not just another person.  Receive non-judgmental support as you learn about your destructive eating patterns and be embraced with God's love through prayer support, devotional readings and more.

If you are coming out of weeks or months of eating disorder treatment, continue your hard work as you breakthrough the darkness & lies and jump into the light of God's love and your identity in Christ.
